At Outlet Bats N Gloves Store, we’re committed to getting your baseball and softball equipment to you as quickly as possible, whether you’re gearing up for practice or the big game.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

For international customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our baseball and softball equipment like a catcher behind home plate. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase must accompany return
Important: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on catchers equipment and gamewear/apparel that has been worn or used in play. These items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product Name(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  • Your full name and contact number

Step 2: Pack Your Return

Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging including:

  • The completed return authorization form (we’ll email this to you)
  • All original accessories and documentation

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare for our quality baseball gear), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our international players (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing may take additional time for international returns
