At Outlet Bats N Gloves Store, we stand behind our baseball and softball equipment like a catcher behind home plate. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on catchers equipment and gamewear/apparel that has been worn or used in play. These items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Step 2: Pack Your Return

Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging. Include:

  • The completed return authorization form (we’ll email this to you)
  • All original accessories and documentation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare for our quality baseball gear), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our international players (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing may take additional time for international returns
